II. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

We process various categories of information when you use our Apps. The information we collect is essential for fulfilling our contract with you. Without this information, we cannot provide the full functionality of our Apps or perform the services you have requested.

1. Functional Information

When you engage with our Apps, we request and process the following types of information:

2. Automatically Processed Information

With your permission, we employ third-party automatic data processing technologies (such as advertising or analytics tools) to analyze information transmitted from your device through our Apps (Identity For Advertisers). Some of these integrated tools may initiate automated processing of your personal data, including profiling. Profiling refers to automated processing of personal data to evaluate specific personal aspects about you, such as your preferences, interests, behavior, and location (see the list of data described below). Automatic processing through these technologies commences once you grant permission for our Apps to track your activity. You may withdraw your consent at any time; please refer to the opt-out options in Section VIII.

We may also process certain information regarding your device and user behavior based on our legitimate interests. This information, generally considered non-personal (as it does not directly identify any individual), is accessed in aggregated form. We use this information to enhance our Apps and ensure the best possible user experience.

Device Details

When you access our Apps via a mobile device, we may collect details about your device, including unique identifiers known as device identifiers. These small data files or similar structures stored on your mobile device allow us to identify your device without associating it with your identity. Device identifiers enable generalized reporting and personalized content and advertisements from third parties.

What Data Can Be Processed:

Information About Applications

We may also collect information about our Apps, including the application name, API key (a unique identifier), version, and various application properties for automated processing and analysis. Additionally, some services may document the list of applications and/or processes installed or running on your device.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

When you use our Apps, cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, web beacons, and scripts) may be utilized. Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information downloaded to your device when you access the App. These files are sent back to the server each time you use the App, enabling us to operate it more effectively. For instance, we can track user access to specific areas or features within our Apps and monitor which links or advertisements are clicked. We use this aggregated information to understand how our Apps are utilized, enhance our marketing efforts, and provide content and features of interest to you. We may work with advertisers or other partners to serve advertisements or services in the Apps that may utilize cookies or similar technologies.

Log File Information

Log file information is automatically generated each time you make a request to access the Apps. This information may also be provided when the Apps are installed on your device. Analytics tools automatically record specific log file information, including the start and stop times of your app usage, as well as your interactions with the Apps.

Ad-Related Information

Data may be recorded about the advertisements you view, including the date and time each ad is served, whether the ad was clicked or resulted in a conversion event, details about the ad offer, its format (text, image, or video), the ad placement, and whether you responded to the ad.

In-App Events

When you use our Apps, analytics tools automatically record in-app events, such as tutorial steps, leveling up, payments, in-app purchases, and other custom events. Certain events may also involve limits on user data processing.

Please note that information processed automatically by advertising or analytics tools is typically beyond our control, and we cannot assume responsibility for how such information is processed. Some services engage in personal data profiling and may access information related to you and/or your device through means not under our control. For instance, if your user ID is linked to your Facebook account, Facebook may use your device information alongside categorized data previously recorded in its databases (e.g., age, gender, or other demographic information). We do not control or supervise how third parties process your personal data. Any inquiries regarding the disclosure of your personal information should be directed to those third parties (see Section IV).

3. Payment Information

Our e-commerce provider (Apple/Google) is accountable for billing, processing, and charging for in-app purchases. They handle your personal information with the utmost security and confidentiality. This information is processed as part of executing the contract between you and us. We do not have access to your credit or debit card information.

You may review the applicable in-app purchase rules and policies directly from the respective app stores.

III. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

(c) To provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We may use automatically processed information for marketing purposes, including displaying ads that align with your preferences. This involves providing you with personalized content and information, which may include online advertisements or other marketing communications.

(d) To communicate with you. We use your contact information to communicate with you through newsletters and marketing notifications. This includes soliciting your feedback regarding your experience with our Apps and informing you about our policies and terms. Additionally, we utilize your information to respond to your inquiries.

(e) To prevent fraud and spam, to enforce the law. We are committed to maintaining a spam-free and secure environment within our Apps. To this end, we may use your information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security breaches, and unlawful activities, as well as to protect our trademarks and enforce our Terms of Use.

Should any new purposes for processing your personal data arise, we will inform you by updating this Privacy Policy to reflect the new processing activities.

However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted from us to such third parties. We are not responsible for any accidental loss or unauthorized access to your personal data due to the actions of third parties.

We will not rent or sell your personal data to any third parties, but we may share information collected through tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers, and location data with third-party organizations that provide automated data processing technologies for our applications. We do not control or influence the tracking technologies employed by these third parties or how they may be utilized.
